Work to do now....

My 20 lbs of asparagus awaits me at home! Organic asparagus...the best ever! Some of it will head to the freezer whole and some will be pureed and ready for soup. I am going to be loving every minute of it this winter when I will be able to taste the freshness of each bite and each spoonful. The soup recipe is taken from the website of the farm that I bought it at and it is soooo....good!
